Design.
Redesign the home to add a second bathroom and redirect the ground floor layout optimizing the views of the countryside at the rear of the property. On the upper level , with the eldest child getting older the idea was to create a loft space for one of siblings to give more space and privacy to the teenager.
Development.
Project is under construction. We are working on zoning variances to change the space originally zoned for a garage to habitable space.
